Texas Twister Barbecued Cutlets

Ingredientes

  • 4 x roaster boneless thigh cutlets
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  •     salt and Cayenne pepper to taste
  • 1 x clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp grnd cumin
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. cider vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco, to taste

Direcciones

  1. Flatten cutlets slightly with a meat pounder. Rub lightly with vegetable oil and sprinkle with salt and Cayenne pepper. In a small mixing bowl, combine garlic, cumin, brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar and Tabasco. Grill cutlets 4 to 5 inches above medium-warm coals for 15 to 20 min till cooked through. Turn and baste 2 to 3 times with sauce.
