Texican Pork Chops

Ingredientes

  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce.) pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in rings
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 3/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 2 teaspoon veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Brown chops in warm veg. oil using a heavy skillet. Drain and place in 9x13x2 inch casserole dish. Add in uncooked rice.
  2. In separate dish, combine water, tomato sauce, taco seasoning and salt. Pour over chops and rice. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese and top with green pepper rings. Bake an additional 15 min.
