for the dressing:

1/2 c rice vinegar

1/4 c soy sauce

2 tbsp honey

1 tbsp chile garlic sauce

1 tsp sesame oil

4 garlic cloves minced

1-2 fresh serrano chilies, seeds and ribs removed, minced

1/2 c veg oil

For the salad:
-
1 head green cabbage thinly sliced

3 med carrots, grated
-
1 med cucumber finely diced
-
1 lrge red bell pepper, finely diced
-
5-6 green onions thinly sliced on a diagonal
-
1/2 c finely chopped parsley leaves
-
1 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped

(I would use a mandolin and thinly julienne the cuc and bell pepper myself)
