Thai Chicken Livers With Peanut Sauce

Ingredientes

  • 1 pound fresh chicken livers
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/3 c. peanut oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 3 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Pick over chicken livers, removing membranes and fat. Cut into bite size pcs. Dry well. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and dredge in flour. In skillet heat oil very warm, add in livers and cook till crisp but still slightly pink in center. Remove livers to hot chafing dish and pour lemon juice over all. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds. Serve with toothpicks and peanut sauce for dipping.
