Ingredientes

  • 1 x chicken, med., cut up
  • 3/4 c. peanut butter, chunky
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, chopped, fresh
  • 1/8 c. water, hot
  • 1 1/2 tsp chili paste
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 3 x scallions, minced
  • 1/8 c. soy oil

Direcciones

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients to make sauce. Alternate adding soy oil and water to finish.
  2. Brown chicken 10 min each side at 400 degrees. Coat with sauce and bake at 350F for 20 min.
