- Brinjal – 1, chopped
- Yellow Pumpkin – 1, small, peeled, chopped
- Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
- Salt as per taste
- Black Pepper Powder as per taste
- Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
- Lime Juice – 1/2 tsp
