Ingredientes

  • 1 pound Thai or possibly perch or possibly red snapper
  • 3 c. rice (uncooked)
  • 3 c. water minus 2 tbsp.
  • 2 tbsp. sake
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce

Direcciones

  1. Clean fish and put in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 min. Soak rice well and drain. Mix rice, water, sake and soy sauce and put flaked fish on top of rice. Cook rice as usual. Remove bones and mix fish into rice and serve.
