Thai Noodle Salad

Ingredientes

  • 2 tbsp. smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoon rice wine
  • 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger
  • 2 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1/2 c. vegetable or possibly chicken broth
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 2 ounce. snow peas
  • 12 ounce. Japanese noodles, cooked according to pkg. directions

Direcciones

  1. Whisk all ingredients except broth in a large bowl. Gradually add in broth. Steam carrots and snow peas; drain. Add in to dressing, then toss. Add in noodles. Serve salad cool or possibly at room temperature. Serves 6.
