Thai Noodles (Pad Thai)

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkt (8 oz) thin pasta (angel hair)
  • 1/4 c. Soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Creamy peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp. Sesame oil
  • 1 sm Clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp Dry crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Chili oil

Direcciones

  1. Cook pasta till done (al dente); drain and set aside and keep hot.
  2. Combine all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour over pasta and toss. We like to top ours with some thinly sliced carrot, some finely minced green onion and some coarsely minced peanuts.
