Receta Thai Shrimp Kebabs

- Prepare a charcoal fire or possibly preheat gas grill or possibly preheat grill pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine coconut lowfat milk, fish sauce and chili sauce. Add in shrimp and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for 20 min.
- Thread shrimp, star fruit and scallions alternating onto 4 or possibly 8 skewers, leaving a little space between ingredients. Throw away marinade.
- Using a barbecue brush, coat the grill rack lightly with oil (or possibly grill pan).
- Grill kebabs, turning occasionally, till shrimp are hard and pink, about 3 minutes. per side. Serve immediately.
- Makes 4 servings.
