- Combine 3 Tbsp. shoyu, garlic and red pepper in shallow pan. Marinate the chicken 15 min. Combine peanut butter, 1 Tbsp. oil, brown sugar and remaining shoyu to make sauce. Stir fry chicken in 2 Tbsp. oil about 4 min till no longer pink. Add in onion and peppers. Stir fry till tender and crisp. Stir in cabbage and peanut sauce. Cover and reduce heat and simmer about 2 min or possibly till cabbage is tender.
