Receta Thai Style Pork
The flavor in the marinade is really good. You almost don't need the peanut butter!

- Slice the pork into thin, even slices. Or if you prefer you can leave it whole.
- Mix teriyaki, vinegar, red pepper and garlic together.
- Marinate the pork for several hours in the fridge.
- Cook the pork thoroughly however you desire and depending if it's whole or sliced.
- Put the extra sauce into a pan and bring to a boil to make sure all the raw pork juices are cooked off.
- Add the cornstarch and water. Continue to simmer until the sauce thickens and is no longer milky.
- Stir in the peanut butter and add the pork to the sauce.
- Enjoy!
