Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 pound cream corn
  • 1 (13 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
  • Butter

Direcciones

  1. Oven at 350 degrees. Lightly grease 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Combine sugar and cornstarch in medium bowl. Add in Large eggs, corn and lowfat milk and mix well. Turn into baking dish and dot generously with butter. Bake till center is almost hard, about 1 hour. 6-8 servings.
