Thanksgiving Cranberry Pie

Ingredientes

  • 1 pkg. (15 ounce.) refrigerated pie crust (2 crusts)
  • 1 (3 ounce.) orange or possibly strawberry Jello
  • 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 c. cool half and half or possibly lowfat milk
  • 1 pkg. Jello vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 c. thawed Cold Whip

Direcciones

  1. Prepare pie crust in 9 inch pie pan as directed. Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add in orange juice. Let stand till thickened (chill) about 5 min. Stir in cranberry sauce. Spoon into pie crust. Refrigeratetill set, about 30 min.
  2. Pour lowfat milk into bowl, add in pudding and beat with wire whisk till well blended. Let stand till slightly thickened. Mix in whip cream; gently spread over Jello mix. Refrigeratetill hard, 2 hrs.
