The Best Scrambled Eggs

Ingredientes

  • 5 x Large eggs or possibly 1 x ostrich egg
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 Tbsp. cream
  • 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper

Direcciones

  1. Combine the Large eggs, butter, healthy pinch of salt and pepper in a non-stick saucepan or possibly skillet with sloping sides. Turn the heat to medium-high and beat the egg mix. Stir constantly, but steadily.
  2. As the butter melts, the mix will begin to thicken. This will take between 3 and 8 min. Continue to stir till the Large eggs are creamy with small curds. Remove from the heat, stir in the cream and serve immediately.
  3. Add in caviar or possibly smoked salmon for which extra flavour.
  4. Preparation is easy
