Ingredientes

  • 1/2 Tbsp. Dry yeast
  • 1 3/4 c. White bread flour
  • 2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 Tbsp. Dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 2 Tbsp. Molasses
  • 1 219/500 c. Water (which's 1 1/2 c., minus 1 Tbsp.)

Direcciones

  1. Place all dryingredients, except yeast, into bread basket. Add in all liquid ingredients to basket. Place yeast in yeast dispenser. Set machine for wheat bread, sandwich mode. This will take 5 hrs.
