%20and%20I%20arrived,%20they%20had%20just%20pulled%20hot%20out%20of%20the%20oven%20their%20heavenly%20bread.%20It%20was%20sprinkled%20with%20sesame%20seeds,%20but%20then%20sliced%20and%20drizzled%20with%20extra-virgin%20olive%20oil,%20parsley,%20pepper%20and%20covered%20with%20Caccavallo%20Cheese%20as%20they%20call%20it.%20Apparently%20when%20I%20looked%20it%20up%20online%20it%20goes%20by%20the%20name%20Caciocavalla%20Cheese.%20This%20combination%20is%20placed%20in%20a%20400%20degree%20oven%20and%20baked%20until%20the%20cheese%20melts.%20Oh%20my%20goodness,%20it%20was%20to%20die%20for!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI've%20never%20had%20this%20cheese%20before%20and%20although%20sharp,%20it's%20soft%20and%20smooth%20like%20Fontina%20and%20just%20melts%20in%20your%20mouth.%20I%20thought%20I%20had%20died%20and%20gone%20to%20heaven.%20If%20you've%20never%20experienced%20this%20and%20live%20in%20St%20Louis,%20then%20head%20down%20to%20Viviano%20&%20Sons.%20If%20you%20don't%20live%20in%20St%20Louis%20then%20pick%20up%20a%20fresh%20loaf%20of%20Italian%20Bread,%20slice%20it%20down%20the%20middle%20and%20follow%20the%20instructions%20above.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20addition,%20they%20had%20these%20enormous%20and%20beautiful%20bow%20tie%20pasta%20I'd%20ever%20seen.%20For%20those%20of%20you%20that%20watched%20my%20previous%20video%20on%20%22How%20to%20Make%20Pesto%20&%20A%20Caprese%20Pasta%20Salad%22,%20this%20bow%20tie%20pasta%20will%20put%20that%20salad%20over%20the%20top.%20The%20bow%20ties%20are%202%201/2%20inches%20long%20uncooked%20with%20beautiful,%20colorful%20rainbow%20stripes.%20I%20purchased%202%20boxes%20and%20can't%20wait%20to%20cook%20with%20them.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAlthough%20the%20store%20isn't%20huge,%20but%20a%20nice%20size,%20my%20sister%20and%20I%20spent%20a%20good%201%201/2%20hours%20shopping,%20browsing,%20sampling%20and%20purchasing.%20Then%20of%20course%20we%20had%20to%20stop%20at%20one%20of%20the%20great%20restaurants%20across%20the%20street%20on%20The%20Hill%20to%20grab%20some%20lunch%20outside.%20The%20weather%20was%20perfect%20along%20with%20the%20company%20and%20the%20food.%20It%20was%20a%20fun%20afternoon!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIf%20you%20ever%20have%20the%20chance,%20stop%20by%20Viviano%20&%20Sons%20in%20addition%20to%20the%20other%20great%20shops%20and%20restaurants%20on%20The%20Hill.%20It's%20a%20great%20experience%20and%20a%20fun%20time.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
