  • 1 Tbsp. instant onion
  • 3 slc crumbled bacon or possibly ham pcs
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3/4 c. biscuit mix (Bisquick)
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine

  1. Bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutesGreat served with salsa!
