  • In a large bowl mix together:
  • 1 cup of chickpea (besan) flour
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of coriander
  • 1/2 tsp of turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp of chili powder (I used Kashmiri chili)
  • 1/2 tsp of garam masala
  • Mix in anywhere from 3/4 of a cup to 1 cup of water
