- 1 cup of chickpea (besan) flour
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of coriander
- 1/2 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp of chili powder (I used Kashmiri chili)
- 1/2 tsp of garam masala
- Mix in anywhere from 3/4 of a cup to 1 cup of water
