This is a fantastic BBQ Rub just in time for the spring and summer bbq season it is great on chicken and ribs . The recipe makes about 3 Cups of rub just store it in a plastic container will last for months.

Ingredientes

  • 1C Firmly packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 C Granulated garlic
  • 1/2 C Kosher salt
  • 1/2 C Paprika
  • 2 Tbl Granulated onion
  • 1 Tbl Dry mustard
  • 1 Tbl. Creole seasoning
  • 1 Tbl Chili powder
  • 1 Tbl Ground red pepper
  • 1 Tbl Ground cumin
  • 1Tbl Ground black pepper
