Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 4 x cloves garlic
  • 4 med onions
  • 4 x green bell peppers
  • 20 lb tomatoes
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. minced parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. oregano leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp basil
  • 2 x bay leaves

Direcciones

  1. Use the blender to liquefy tomatoes, onions, garlic, and peppers. Put in large kettle. Add in other ingredients. Cook till desired thickness.
  2. Makes 10 pints.
