Ingredientes

  • 2 x Broiler-fryer chickens, cut
  •     In serving-size pcs
  • 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) chicken broth
  • 30 x Cloves fresh garlic, peeled
  • 1 c. Rice
  •     Fresh chives and parsley
  •     Chopped

Direcciones

  1. Brown chicken in 2 Tbsp. oil and butter. Remove from pan and stir in flour, then broth and garlic. Bring to boil, return chicken to pan and simmer, covered, for 45 min. Saute/fry rice in remaining 2 Tbsp. oil till rice is opaque. Add in to chicken, easing into liquid with fork.
  2. Cover and simmer another 25 min. Just before serving stir in fresh herbs.
