Receta Three Apple Waldorf Salad

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. light mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1 red Delicious apple
- 1 yellow Delicious apple
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 3 stalks celery, minced
Direcciones
- Combine mayonnaise, yogurt and nutmeg in large bowl. Set aside. Core and chop apples; add in to mayonnaise mix along with remaining ingredients. Mix and chill for at least 3 hrs to blend flavors.
