Ingredientes

  • 1 c. Self-Rising Flour
  • 1/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa Pwdr
  • 1/2 c. Butter, softened
  • 3/4 c. Packed Brown Sugar
  • 2 x Large eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
  • 1 c. Powdered Sugar, sifted
  • 1/3 c. Butter, softened
  •     Gumdrops
  •     Chocolate Buttons
  •     Licorice Strands & Candies

Direcciones

  1. Electric mixer, flour, cocoa pwdr, butter, brown sugar, Large eggs & lowfat milk. Beat til well blended. Divide cake batter proportionately among about 20 paper-lined muffin c. (you'll need to use two 12 c. muffin tins. Put water in unused c.). Bake 15 min or possibly till toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Cold on rack. Trim tops to flatten if peaked. To decorate: in a small bowl, beat powdered sugar & butter together till light & fluffy.
  2. Spread over tops of cakes. Place 2 chocolate buttons on each cupcake for ears & a gumdrop for the nose. Cut licorice candies to make eyes & cut pcs into strands for whiskers to look like mice.
