%20Conference%20Party%20at%20the%20Microsoft%20Store.%20It%20was%20a%20good%20experience%20and%20I%20enjoyed%20doing%20it.%20Store%20staff%20were%20excellent%20and%20we%20got%20to%20play%20Microsoft%20Kinect%20and%20yes%20even%20the%20Michael%20Jackson%20game!%20It%20was%20pretty%20cool.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHere's%20some%20photos%20of%20the%20event%20and%20the%20food%20I%20made.%20People%20enjoyed%20the%20food%20and%20also%20the%20event!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20cupcakes%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMini%20shrimp%20cupsThe%20tableMe%20and%20my%20food!Microsoft%20store%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELet's%20get%20back%20to%20the%20the%20three%20flavor%20sauce.%20It's%20super%20easy!%20When%20I%20say%20it's%20easy,%20it%20is%20indeed%20easy.%20It's%20sort%20of%20like%20a%20semi-homemade%20sauce%20I%20would%20say.%20Usually,%20this%20sauce%20is%20eaten%20with%20deep%20fried%20(crispy)%20whole%20fish.%20However,%20whole%20fish%20and%20I%20don't%20get%20along%20well%20so%20I%20went%20with%20fillets.%20I%20wanted%20to%20get%20Tilapia%20but%20there%20wasn't%20one%20available%20at%20my%20favorite%20seafood%20store%20-Uwajimaya.%20They%20had%20fresh%20Dover%20sole%20fillets%20that%20day.%20I%20went%20with%20those.%20Dover%20sole%20is%20a%20sustainable%20fish%20and%20has%20a%20mild,%20buttery%20sweet%20flavor%20and%20versatility.%20Instead%20of%20deep%20frying%20it,%20I%20broiled%20it%20for%20a%20healthier%20version%20and%20served%20it%20over%20Japanese%20brown%20rice.%20I%20recommend%20serving%20it%20over%20rice%20for%20a%20better%20taste.%20Rice%20balanced%20out%20the%20bold%20flavor%20of%20the%20sauce%20and%20complimented%20the%20delicate%20flavor%20of%20the%20fish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt's%20called%20three%20flavors%20because%20the%20sauce%20is%20supposed%20to%20have%20three%20flavors%20-%20sour,%20sweet,%20and%20salty.%20The%20flavors%20will%20compliment%20one%20another%20and%20balance%20the%20flavor%20out.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESweet%20Chili%20saue%20that%20I%20usedThree%20Flavor%20Sauce%20and%20Broiled%20Dover%20SoleYield:%204%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EDirections:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPreheat%20broiler%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EHeat%20up%20skillet%20or%20wok%20under%20high%20heat.%20Add%20vegetable%20oil;%20swirl%20to%20coat.%20Add%20onions%20and%20bell%20pepper;%20stirring%20until%20onions%20are%20translucent%20and%20pepper%20are%20partially%20cooked%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20chili%20sauce,%20tamarind%20past,%20fish%20sauce,%20and%20chili%20flake%20if%20using.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeason%20to%20taste.%20It%20should%20have%20three%20flavors%20of%20sweetness,%20sourness,%20and%20saltiness.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ETurn%20off%20the%20heat%20and%20remove%20pan%20from%20the%20heat.%20Add%20cilantro;%20stirring.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESeason%20fillets%20with%20salt,%20pepper,%20and%20drizzle%20olive%20oil%20on%20both%20side.%20Run%20it%20under%20broiler%20for%2010%20mins%20or%20so%20or%20until%20it's%20cooked.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20fish%20is%20cooked,%20serve%20it%20over%20brown%20rice%20and%20pour%20sauce%20over%20fish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20sauce%20is%20doneI%20even%20had%20this%20sauce%20and%20fish%20with%20salad.%20It%20was%20great%20too!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
