Ingredientes

  • 1 x yellow cake mix with pudding baked as
  •     directed in 13" by 9" pan
  • 1 can evaporated lowfat milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
  • 1 pt heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. rum or possibly to taste
  •     Whipped cream to cover cake
  • 5 ounce sweetened coconut
  •     Macadamia nuts, cherries and/or possibly pineapple

Direcciones

  1. Poke holes in the cake with a fork all over. Pour topping mix over cake. Let mix absorb completely in refrigerator.
  2. Cover with whipped cream or possibly cold whip and sprinkle sweetened coconut over top of cake.
  3. This recipe yields 10 to 12 servings.
