Ingredientes

  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn English peas in butter sauce
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn baby lima beans in butter sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce.) can French style green beans, liquid removed
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts, liquid removed and sliced
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 sm. onion, minced
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 c. herb-seasoned stuffing mix

Direcciones

  1. Cook peas and limas according to package directions, but don't drain. Combine peas, limas, and remaining ingredients, except butter and stuffing mix; stir to combine. Spoon into a lightly greased 2-qt casserole. Combine butter and stuffing mix; sprinkle over vegetables. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till bubbly. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
