Ingredientes

  • 8 pork chops
  • 3 tbsp. veg. oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 med. onion, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon grnd thyme
  • 6 tbsp. cool water
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 3 tbsp. snipped chives
  • 2 c. chicken broth

Direcciones

  1. Brown pork chops in oil on both sides. Remove from heat; season with salt and pepper, and set aside.
  2. Add in onions to drippings and cook till tender. Add in broth, thyme, 1/2 teaspoon salt and pork chops to skillet. Cover and simmer 35 to 40 min. Makes 8 servings.
