Ingredientes

  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1/3 c. corn syrup
  • Approx. 2-3 c. Kellogg's Honey & Nut corn flakes (crunched)
  • Sufficient vanilla ice cream to fill a pie pan (approx. 2/3 of a 1/2 gallon ice cream)
  • 3 tbsp. minced peanuts

Direcciones

  1. Mix together the peanut butter and corn syrup. Add in crunched corn flakes and stir till coated. Press proportionately into pie pan. Chill, spoon softened ice cream into crust. Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze till hard.
