Ingredientes

  • 2 (8 1/2 ounce.) cans tiny English peas
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3-4 dashes Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tbsp. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 4 hard cooked Large eggs, minced
  • Lettuce

Direcciones

  1. Heat peas till hot; drain and cold; set aside. Combine lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, oil and onion. Stir till blended. Add in peas and Large eggs and toss till blended. Chill overnight and serve over lettuce.
