AND Add in TO BEEF. HEAT TO BOILING, REDUCE HEAT. COVER AND SIMMER, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY Till BEEF IS TENDER, ABOUT 30 Min . SERVE OVER RICE Or possibly NOODLES. 258cal , 25g
