Take head feet and haslet of pig:boil till done.Then cut up fine making sure to remove the bones.add in black pepper salt and sage.2 onions minced fine,a lil red pepper,1 tsp mace,1 tsp cloves.Put it back in the same vessel with liquor and cook well then thicken with flour.Add in 2 hardboiled Large eggs and one c. walnut catsup.
