Toasted Coconut Cheese Ball

Delicious anytime of the year, at any get together.

Ingredientes

  • 3/4 cup Toasted Coconut
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Direcciones

  1. In a mixing bowl add cream cheese and vanilla extract and hand stir with a sturdy spatula, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes.
  2. In a sauce pan add coconut oil and lighlyt toast coconut flakes, allow to cool and place on a platter/plate
  3. Remove cream cheese ball from refrigerator and roll and coat with toasted coconut flakes, cover and return to the refrigerator to chill until ready to serve.
  4. Serve with your favorite, cookies or crackers.
