,%20and%20set%20those%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENext%20up,%20I%20threw%20a%20handful%20of%20pine%20nuts%20into%20the%20pan%20with%20just%20about%20a%20teaspoon%20of%20olive%20oil,%20and%20browned%20them%20just%20a%20little.%20%20By%20cooking%20the%20pine%20nuts%20a%20little%20you%20add%20a%20whole%20new%20flavour%20dimension.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20then%20chopped%20them%20up%20and%20added%20them%20to%20the%20bowl%20with%20the%20mushrooms%20and%20panko%20bread%20crumbs.%20%20%20Mixed%20it%20all%20together%20and%20decided%20that%20it%20needed%20something...%20%20So%20I%20went%20into%20my%20spices%20and%20added%20about%201/2%20teaspoon%20tarragon.%20%20Tasted%20it%20again,%20and%20WOW.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20cannot%20make%20stuffed%20mushrooms%20without%20cheese.%20%20Sorry,%20just%20not%20on.%20%20%20So%20I%20went%20to%20the%20fridge,%20fully%20intending%20on%20grating%20some%20mozzarella%20up,%20but%20decided%20to%20add%20some%20grated%20Colby%20Jack%20that%20was%20in%20the%20fridge.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20it%20was%20good.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20par%20cooked%20the%20mushrooms%20just%20a%20little%20in%20a%20pan,%20enough%20to%20make%20them%20release%20their%20moisture.%20%20Didn't%20waste%20it%20though,%20I%20added%20that%20mushroom%20juice%20to%20the%20filling.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EStuffed%20the%20mushrooms%20with%20the%20mix%20and%20then%20topped%20them%20with%20some%20more%20shredded%20cheese.%20%20%20There%20is%20no%20such%20thing%20as%20too%20much%20cheese.%20%20Just%20isn't.%20%20(My%20camera%20decided%20to%20have%20a%20Diva%20moment%20and%20would%20not%20take%20any%20pictures%20for%20a%20little%20while,%20it%20decided%20that%20the%20SD%20card%20in%20the%20camera%20was%20faulty.%20sigh...%20%20I%20fixed%20that%20one%20though%20and%20swapped%20out%20cards,%20but%20it%20meant%20I%20did%20lose%20a%20couple%20of%20pictures).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBaked%20them%20for%20about%2025%20minutes%20(the%20last%20half%20of%20the%20time%20with%20the%20Bacon%20Wrapped%20Water%20Chestnuts).%20%20And%20did%20not%20get%20a%20picture%20of%20them%20as%20I%20was%20pulling%20them%20out%20of%20the%20oven.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBut%20here%20they%20are%20on%20the%20platter,%20in%20all%20their%20glory.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnd%20here%20they%20are%20on%20the%20table,%20getting%20ready%20to%20be%20eaten.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ENo%20real%20measurements%20here,%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20cup%20(approx)%20Grated%20cheese.%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
