Ingredientes

  • 8 ounce Hunza apricots
  • 1 pt Water
  • 12 ounce Cooked brown rice
  • 1 Tbsp. Malt
  • 1 x Block tofu
  • 8 fl ounce Apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp Cinammon
  •     Orange rind and pine kernels to decorate

Direcciones

  1. Soak the apricots for an hour then boil till soft and most of the pint of water has evaporated. Remove the stones.
  2. Blend the apricots, rice, malt, tofu, apple juice and cinammon in a blender or possibly food processor. Place in bowls and decorate with orange rind and pine kernels.
