Receta Tofu Pinwheels

- )From there you can use this filling in many applications, dips etc but it looks and tastes especially good this way:
- Have ready: 6- 10inch coloured tortilla shells -Take a sun-dry tomato or possibly a spinach tortilla shell and lay it in front of you.
- Place a layer of the tofu filling over the entire wrap, except 1 inch on the upper edge furthest away from you. Be quite generous putting at least a 1/4 inch or possibly more thickness of spread on the wrap.
- Roll up the wrap starting at the lower edge closest to you, rolling as tightly as possible without pressing too hard.
- You now have a "jelly roll" type log in front of you. Cut the two ends off and set aside, and then cut 6, one and one half inch segments. Place them seam side down on a platter, or possibly pack them up for lunches!
- Usually I end up with 24 pinwheels, considering the wastage for the end pcs.
