Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 4 1/2 lb Grnd beef
  • 1/3 c. Chili pwdr
  • 1/3 c. Instant chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
  • 2 tsp Instant chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
  • 1 tsp Robert's Spice Blend
  •     (recipe follows)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
  • 1 x Bay leaf
  • 13 3/4 ounce Can, beef broth
  • 29 ounce Can, tomato sauce

Direcciones

  1. In a large saucepan, heat oil till warm; add in beef and cook, breaking up meat, till brown, about 5 min; drain off any accumulated liquid. Add in chili pwdr, onion, cumin, garlic, black pepper, Robert's Spice Blend, salt, red pepper, and bay leaf; stir till beef is coated. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth; simmer, covered, tunil flavors blend, about 1 hour.
  2. Remove bay leaf before serving.
