Ingredientes

  • 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 c. miniature marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Direcciones

  1. LINE 8-inch-square baking pan with foil.
  2. COMBINE sugar, evaporated lowfat milk, butter and salt in medium, heavy-duty saucepan. Bring to a full rolling boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil, stirring constantly, for 4 to 5 min. Remove from heat.
  3. STIR in marshmallows, morsels, nuts and vanilla extract. Stir vigorously for 1 minute or possibly till marshmallows are melted. Pour into prepared baking pan; chill for 2 hrs or possibly till hard. Lift from pan; remove foil. Cut into pcs.

  6. FOR PEANUTTY CHOCOLATE FUDGE:SUBSTITUTE 1 2/3 c. (11 ounce. pkg.) NESTLa TOLL HOUSE Peanut Butter & Lowfat milk Chocolate Morsels for Semi-Sweet Morsels and 1/2 c. minced peanuts for pecans or possibly walnuts.
