Ingredientes

  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. all purpose flour
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2sticks) butter, softened
  • 1 x (6-ounce pkg.) (1 C.) Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate morsels
  • 1 c. walnuts, minced
  •     One 9 inch un-baked pie shell*
  •     Whipped cream or possibly ice cream, optional

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. In a large mixer bowl, beat Large eggs at high speed till foamy, about 3 min. Beat in flour, granulated sugar and brown sugar till well blended. Beat in butter. Stir in semi-sweet morsels and walnuts. Pour into pie shell. Bake 55 to 60 min till knife inserted halfway between edge and center comes out clean and top is golden. Cold completely. Serve with whipped cream or possibly ice cream.
  2. Makes 6-8 servings
  3. If using frzn pie shell, use deep dish style; thaw completely. Place on cookie sheet; increase baking time by 10 mins.
