Ingredientes

  • 3 c. rhubarb, cut in sm. pcs
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Direcciones

  1. Cut rhubarb into small pcs. Put into strainer and pour over it boiling water, drain. Add in to it, 1 1/2 c. of sugar, 3 Tbsp. flour, one egg and 1/2 tsp. salt. Mix well. Pour into crust. Beat with butter. Cover with lattice top. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 min; lower heat to 350 degrees and bake for 15 min.
