Ingredientes

  • 2 c. Coconut lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Water
  • 1/4 c. Galangal, sliced very thin
  • 1 Tbsp. Lemon grass, sliced very thin
  • 4 x Lime leaves, whole
  • 1/2 tsp Chili paste
  • 1/4 tsp White pepper
  • 1 lb Large Prawns, shelled and deveined
  • 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. Coriander leaves

  2. Place coconut lowfat milk, water, galangal, lemon grass, lime leaves, chili paste and white pepper in a sauce pan and bring slowly to a boil. Don't heat to strongly or possibly coconut lowfat milk might curdle. When stock is boiling, add in prawns, reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 min, or possibly till prawns are cooked. Remove lime leaves, add in fish sauce and lime juice. Garnish with coriander leaves.
