Ingredientes

  • 1/4 cup vegetable ooil
  • 1 lb sspanish onions
  • 1/2 cup fresh garlic
  • 1 lb red peppers
  • 1 lb green peppers
  • 6 lb diced tomatoes
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 bunches of fresh basil
  • 1/2 cup dried oregano
  • chopped parsley
  • 50 medium flounder fillets

Direcciones

  1. Heat oil in roasting pan, add onions, garlic, red and grean peppers and cook until tender and onions are translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes and season with salt and balck pepper to taste. Add oregano and basil.
  3. Cook for approximately 10 minutes. Pan-up fish in hotel pans and season with salt, pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
  4. Nappe fish with tomatoe basil sauce, place the pans in 325 F oven for approximately 30 minutes, or until fish can be flaked with a fork. Garnish pans with parsley
