Ingredientes

  • 1 sht Puff pastry
  • 6 x Large eggs
  • 1 c. Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 2 c. Peeled, seeded and diced tomatoes (tomato concasse)
  • 1 c. Parmesan or possibly Swiss cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Minced oregano
  •     Salt to taste
  •     Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste pepper

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Roll out puff pastry to fit inside a 10-inch shallow tart pan. Crimp edges and thoroughly prick bottom of shell with a fork.
  3. In a small bowl lightly beat Large eggs, add in cream and mix well. Add in remaining ingredients and adjust seasonings to taste.
  4. Pour into tart shell and bake for 45 min to 1 hour, or possibly till hard.
  5. This recipe yields 4 to 6 servings.
