Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Filleted fish, cut into bite-sized pcs
  •     Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. Wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. Flour
  •     Oil for frying
  • 1 tsp Minced garlic (about 1 clove)
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp. Oil in a frying pan or possibly pot
  • 1 Tbsp. Wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp. Tomato catsup
  • 5 Tbsp. Water
  • 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

Direcciones

  1. Salt & pepper to taste the fish and mix well with the wine, the cornstarch and the flour. Deep fry the fish in oil till it's golden, then scoop it onto a plate. reserve.
  2. sauce: Saute/fry the garlic and ginger in the oil.
  3. Mix the wine, the sugar, the vinegar, the tomato catsup, the water & the cornstarch and pour into the frying pan or possibly pot. Stir for 15 or possibly 20 seconds over medium heat.
  4. Add in the deep fried fish to the sauce, mix & stir for 10 or possibly 15 seconds, remove from the heat & serve.
