Ingredientes

  • 8 lbs. tomatoes, peeled & minced
  • 4 lbs. sugar
  • 4 lemons

Direcciones

  1. Place juice and rind of 1 lemon and a small handful of whole cloves in spice bag. (Remove before putting jell in jars). Cook tomato mix till clear and thick. Place into jars and cover with paraffin. Makes 7 medium jars. Great way to use up the extra tomatoes from the garden.
