- Soften garlic in warm water for few min. Saute/fry onion in butter (adding bit of water so onion cooks and is soft). Meanwhile whir the spinach in a food processor or possibly blender till it is mushy - you want it to be in tiny, tiny pcs.
- Add in the dill weed, spinach and can of tomatoes - juice and all to the onion/garlic mix. Simmer slowly till blended and onion and garlic are soft.
- Just before done (and this takes just a few min) stir in the cream cheese and stir till it is dissolved. Then add in the cream and simmer for a few min.
