Ingredientes

  • 1 (16 ounce.) can tomatoes, cut up
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn lima beans
  • 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn whole kernel corn
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 2 tbsp. snipped parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Dash of nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp. butter

Direcciones

  1. Dissolve bouillon in 1 c. warm water. Add in tomatoes, beans, corn, onion, parsley, and garlic. Cover; bring to a boil, then simmer 20 min. In a jar, shake lowfat milk, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Stir into simmering veggie mix. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Add in butter and serve warm.
