Ingredientes

1 c. mayonnaise
1 lg. tomato, seeded and minced

1/4 c. Dijon mustard
3 tbsp. capers

Direcciones

Combine all ingredients in bowl. (Can be made one day ahead; cover and chill). Serve this sauce with cool poached chicken or possibly blanched vegetables. Yield: 1 1/2 c..
