Ingredientes

  • 12 tomatoes, peel and chop
  • 1 red pepper, minced
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 4 pears, cut up small
  • 1 tbsp. pickling spices
  • 4 peaches, cut up small
  • 1 tbsp. salt
  • 1 white onion, minced
  • 1 pound brown sugar

Direcciones

  1. Mix all ingredients and boil for 1 hour or possibly till of desired thickness. Put in sterilized jars and seal.
