Ingredientes

  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 egg
  • Italian bread crumbs
  • Oil
  • 1/2 can water
  • Sprinkle of sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Beat egg. Dip pork chops in egg, then bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in oil. Pour tomato soup on pork chops in frying pan. Add in salt, pepper, and sprinkle with sugar. Add in water. Cover and turn heat to simmer. Cook 45 to 50 min on LOW heat. Spoon tomato soup over pork chops while cooking. Serve with mashed potatoes.
